Terms of Service

In consideration for the services performed by Proof-It, Customer hereby expressly waives any and all past, present, or future claims, demands, obligations, actions or causes of action, at law or in equity, whether arising by statute, common law, or otherwise, claims for loss of expenses, whether for compensatory or punitive damages, or of any other kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, liability for claims of negligence, breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, strict liability, and breach of express or implied warranty (hereinafter referred to collectively as "claims") arising out of services performed by Proof-It and its past, present and future members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and assigns (herein referred to collectively as "Proof-It").

All recommendations by Proof-It are suggestions only; it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to determine whether or not to implement any such recommendations.

In the event there is any dispute between Customer and Proof-It that cannot be mutually resolved, Customer agrees to have such dispute resolved in the courts of the State of Arizona with venue in Phoenix, Arizona.

The terms "Proof-It" and "Proof-It.com" are used interchangeably. Each refers to the wholly-owned subsidiary of Something Special, Inc., an Arizona Corporation. Any legal referral to Proof-It or Proof-It.com may be taken as referring to Something Special, Inc.
